Celebrating Our Community
The President’s Dinner is a time to celebrate and recognize our most loyal donors, partners, and volunteers. During this gala event, The American College of Financial Services will recognize and honor the recipients of the Solomon S. Huebner Gold Medal, the President’s Award, the Women Working in WealthSM Award, and the NextGen Financial Services Professional Award, in addition to our annual Alumni Hall of Fame inductee.
About Our Awards

Huebner Gold Medal
Presented annually since 1975, The College’s Solomon S. Huebner Gold Medal is named for Solomon S. Huebner — a financial services, education, and insurance pioneer who founded The College in 1927. Individuals receiving the Huebner Gold Medal, the highest honor bestowed by The College, are those whose leadership and support have advanced the mission of The College in significant ways.
President’s Award
Conferred by our President and CEO, recipients are recognized for leadership and generosity through their benefactor and volunteer efforts on behalf of The College.

Alumni Hall of Fame
The Alumni Association Hall of Fame was established in 2005 to recognize graduates who embody what The American College stands for: integrity, professionalism, volunteerism, and dedication to lifelong learning.
NextGen Financial Services Professional Award
The NextGen Financial Services Professional Award was established in 2016 to honor a select group of young professionals who have made a significant impact in the financial services industry. The award recognizes professionals under the age of 40 with a minimum of five years of financial services experience. Recipients of the award have shown outstanding performance and leadership in their careers and a desire to give back to the community.

Women Working in WealthSM Award
The Women Working in WealthSM Award was created to showcase and celebrate women who have rolled up their sleeves to advance women in financial services through mentorship, sponsorship, and advocacy. Each recipient has contributed to removing obstacles, creating allies, mentoring others, and executed novel solutions to gender parity when it comes to women in the industry.
Second Century Society
The Second Century Society recognizes The College's most generous benefactors who have made lifetime gifts achieving $1 million or more in total philanthropic impact.
